This is a wonderful view of Glendale in the 1950s. To the left is the ball field for the school. The Christian Church, Seventh Day Adventist, Baptist, Presbyterian, and Assembly of God are just some of the churches in this photo. The photo was made before Slim Pickins' (The Village Inn) and the current Post Office were built.
